Implant removal can vary from a simple procedure in the office to a several hour long surgery under general anesthesia to remove the implant and the surrounding capsule of scar tissue. Then you have to decide whether you will want to revise your breast lift.
Most surgeons are very capable of removing an implant, but some are more experienced than others. I recommend going to a few doctors and choosing the one with whom you feel most comfortable and who has before and after pictures that suit your tastes.
