Taylor Wilson, MMS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery and a passion for aesthetic medicine. She believes the best aesthetic results are subtle, balanced enhancements that restore confidence while preserving each patient’s natural beauty.
Taylor earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Prior to joining our practice, she worked alongside board-certified plastic surgeons providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care, wound management, and treatment of surgical complications for patients undergoing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been caring for women throughout their breast reconstruction journey following breast cancer, an experience that reinforced her belief that aesthetic medicine is about restoring confidence, not changing who someone is.
Taylor has completed advanced training in aesthetic injectables, facial anatomy, and complication prevention and management through nationally recognized educational programs. She believes exceptional care begins with listening and takes pride in helping patients achieve refreshed results that never look overdone.
