While you have swelling (the first 3 months after surgery) you may find your cysts are more uncomfortable or visible than now. But once the swelling goes away, it shouldn’t be an issue. If you ever have the need to have a cyst drained, make sure to discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Since there is a needle involved, it could rupture your implant, so this needs to be done carefully, and sometimes ultrasound is required. Some plastic surgeons do it themselves and others refer to a trusted breast surgeon or breast center. Best wishes.
