In order to offer the best possible care for her patients, Dr. Dana Goldberg  accepts most major insurance plans. If you wish to use your insurance to cover your procedure, please make sure you have your insurance card available along with a valid form of identification. A member of our staff can help you to determine if your surgery will be covered by your insurance. We will attempt to get pre-authorization for you for any elective procedure.

Please note that you may be responsible for office co-pays and/or deductibles for surgical procedures.
